I'm Omni Ooman or Omni for short.
I'm a Freelance Artist based in Viet Nam.
I started focusing on self-learning digital art and live2d rigging on November 2021, and have been live streaming as a Vtuber as a hobby ever since.
I've been working as a Freelancer since 2022.

Below is general template for the form, feel free to adjust the message content depend on your own need.
General Template
- Subject: Commission Request for [Your Name]
- Contact: your Twitter, Discord or Email (Make sure your setting allows me to DM you)
- Commission Type: (Vtuber model, Live2d Mascot , Doodle Project, Emotes, etc...)
- Additional Information: Describe your request (For example: 3 Animated emote (wave, sleep, wiggle), 20 standards doodle, Live2d Mascot model for Poopy- our community mascot with a-b-c toggle, etc...)
- Reference: ( Link to your references. Preferable a Drive link)
- Deadline: When you want the commission to be finished before. (N/A if no deadline needed)
- Commercial Right: Mention any commercial need for the commission (Example: Printing, Use as reward for our member, Use as my bookcover, etc...)
- Privacy: do you want me to not post it on my social, should I keep it a secret until a specific date, do you want me to not do it on stream, etc...
- Email for Paypal Invoice: Most of the payment are made through paypal invoice, incase you are based in Vietnam and want to use bank transfer instead, just put "Bank Transfer" here.

1. General
I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
Prices are subject to change based on demand.
I have the right to do commission live on my Twitch. (Please inform me if the commissioned work needs to be temporarily kept secret so we can discuss.)
I do not work on first come first serve.
All commissioned pieces will be delivered digitally. This means no physical product will be shipped to you.
Prices are just a starting points. It will be raised or reduced depending on the complexity of the commission.
2. Payment
All prices are in USD. Everything is paid through PayPal Invoice. (This exlude commission on VGen)
Clients based in Viet Nam can make payments via bank transfer.
Commissions must be paid 100% upfront. Option to pay 50% upfront - 50% after sketch approval is available for commissions from at least 400 USD.
Other payment plan can be discussed further if needed.
DO NOT send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
3. Progess & Delivery

The time it takes to finish your commission varies depending on factors such as type of commission, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and my health. (If the commission takes longer than expected, I will let you know).
WARNING! I will give you lots of updates and ask lots of questions.
4. Revision
Both minor and major revisions are generally free during the Sketch stage.
Major revisions on later update stages will incur an additional fee. However, in cases where I am at fault, the revision will be free.
5. Copyright
& Usage
I, OmniOoman (the artist) :
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
I reserve the right to post the art work on social media, in my portfolio (with watermark and low quality).
I have the right to include my work in publications such as art books, editorial project, selling prints. (Unless stated otherwise upon commission agreement).
All preparation materials, visuals, and sketches, including all electronic files used to create the project remain the property of me, the artist.
You, (the customer/ commissioner) :
You MUST credit me when using my work. (@omniooman or links to my socials)
You have the right to upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints,... etc) without further discussion about purchasing the commercial rights.
You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
If the art work is part of an Adoptable, please discuss with me prior to accepting payment for the artwork.
DO NOT use my work to train any AI model, or for any NFT related reason.
The following is considered copyright infringement :
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
I reserve the right to post the art work on social media, in my portfolio as well as in include my work in publications such as art books, editorial project, selling prints. (Unless stated otherwise upon commission agreement)

6. Commercial Licenses
The extra commercial fee will be adjusted on a case by case basis after further discussion. The price below is ONLY for referencing and will most likely be adjusted.
In some case, Royalty or other method will be used instead of upfront payment.

7. Cancellation
& Refund
If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund (exclude the booking fee and platform transaction fee). No refunds otherwise.
You will not get 100% refund, but only a 90% Refund because Paypal takes fee.
If for any reason I am unable to start / finish your commission you will receive a full refund.
If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
IMPORTANT:
If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund or you break any of the terms above mentioned, you will automatically lose all before-mentioned rights to the commissioned piece.
I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way I find fit.
I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you.
Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
8. After-Sale Services

I will give you A.S.S depending on the type of commission.
Usage-related assistance: Guidance on how to use the commission.
Assurance: Guarantee, Warranty, etc
Assistance: Commission configuration, installation, etc.
Reward: Loyalty rewards, offers, referral rewards, etc.

How to Order
Follow these step to send your request.
Step 1
Pick commission type
Select which type(s) of work that you want.
Please read the TOS.
If I'm not providing the commission types that you are looking for, still feel free to DM me and discuss more.
Step 2
Prepare references
- Gather Visual references for the work.
- If necessary, include a decription to make the requirement clearer.
- If you have many reference, put them in a Google Drive.
Step 3
Contact me
For new client:
Use the commission form, the contact form or email me. (This is to gather all the essential info before hand)
For returning client:
DM me on any of my socials... or just use the forms.
Step 4
Confirmation & Payment
- I will contact your to discuss about your request then provide a quote and estimated turnaround time.
- Confirm your commission request if you're comfortable with proceeding.
- An invoice will be sent upon confirmation (or on a different time depend on our agreement).
Step 5
Procedure & Revision
- I will start on your request and provide updates. Feedback is always welcome.
- Feel free to come to my stream and give feedback when I do your commission. It can speed up the process a lot.
- WARNING! I will give you lots of updates and ask lots of questions.
- Please be mindful when requesting revisions. Major revisions on later update stages will incur an additional fee. Deadlines may also be extended depending on the nature of the revision.

Delivery
When your commission is ready, I will let you know and send you a Google Drive link to download your files! (This Drive folder will be used for your future commission as well)

I open Time-limited commission where I do doodle
in specific theme on special occasions.
